Covid-19 prevention measures in the Poliambulatorio Odontoiatrico L.S

Appointments

All treatment is carried out on an appointment basis. During the booking call patients will be asked some questions about their state of health to manage the flow of incoming patients.

Individual Protection Devices

All patients entering the surgery must wear their face mask correctly. Their temperature will be taken and they will be asked to fill out a questionnaire that provides additional screening.

Waiting room and appointments

The surgery has two waiting rooms so as to avoid crowding and also adequately spaces out chairs and armchairs.

Punctuality

Patients are strongly advised not to arrive too early as this could cause crowding of the waiting rooms. In addition to this, if there is an unexpected delay it’s important to advise the surgery in a timely fashion.

In case of symptoms

If the patient has flu-like symptoms or has been in contact with a Covid positive person, they must immediately inform the surgery by telephone to change the appointment.

Safety and Hygiene

The surgery rigorously applies all sterilization protocols. In addition to this a decontaminating treatment is carried out every day with Ozone and UV-C Rays.
